Leica Camera UK has unveiled Leica Client Services Soho in the heart of Londonโs Soho area. This 1,700-square-foot centre in Greek Street brings together two key teams: Leica Akademie UK which will be delivering an expanded programme of photography workshops and tutorials, and Customer Care, which will provide enhanced repair and customisation services for Leica equipment, including M lenses.
The new space is in one of Londonโs most creative districts, long associated with artists, photographers, and other visionaries. The centre offers Leica clients a more immersive and comprehensive service experience.
Repairs and support
The newly located Customer Care team will provide Leica owners with enhanced direct, face-to-face service and support from skilled technicians. In addition to the core diagnostics and servicing, the centre introduces a broader range of repair options in the UK, including M-Lens repairs, with further capabilities to be added over the coming year. Clients can also continue to drop off equipment at Leicaโs Duke Street store, which will be transferred to Soho for servicing.
Akademie
The new Soho location allows Leica Akademie UK to significantly expand its programme, offering everything from foundational photography skills to professional master classes and exclusive talks with world-renowned photographers.
Leica says that by combining Customer Care and Akademie under one roof, the Soho Client Services Centre strengthens the commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and community. It offers a place where photography enthusiasts and professionals alike can connect, learn, and receive exceptional service.
Full details of the Leica Client Services Soho are available on the website and the centre can be contacted on +44 20 4604 3220. The centre is open from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and is located on the first floor of 15 Greek Street, London W1D 4DP
