Reeder: One swipe to send to Instapaper

I’m a great fan of Reeder (particularly the iPhone app), the newsfeed reader that presents all your articles for selection. Like most writers, I mark anything that grabs my interest for reading later in Instapaper. This evening, then, I was grateful to read on Justin Blanton’s great blog that there’s a new ability to swipe an article to the left for it to be sent instantly to Instapaper.

In settings you can choose other destinations for the swipe but, like Justin, I’m stuck on Instapaper. Actually, as Justin admits, this isn’t all that new – but most of us just hadn’t discovered it. Now instead of having to access a menu and press a couple of buttons, Instapaper despatch is done with a simple swipe to the left.

Simple things keep me happy.
