It’s no real surprise that Apple took the opportunity of its Q3 earnings call to announce that Mountain Lion will be available from tomorrow morning, Pacific time. As with last year’s Lion OS, Mountain Lion will be available only from the App Store and will cost $19.99. Buyers of upgraded Macs purchased since the launch date on June 11 are entitled to a free copy of Mountain Lion provided they download it within 30 days.
