We Kindleistas don’t have it all our own way. The dead-tree book is fighting back from the shelves. Author Martin Sketchley has enjoyed his Kindle and is no Luddite but, deep down, he always returns to his traditional volumes, especially when in bed with his wife and a bourbon.
