Barclays buys 8,500 iPads

One of the biggest-ever iPad orders has been placed by Barclays Bank. The 8,500 tablets will be used for throughout the branch network by customer advisers and will feature a new app, Mortgage Brain, which is jointly owned by a number of British banks.
