Apple Stores: It’s enthusiasm that counts

I just love this image of blueshirts celebrating the opening of the Holiday Plaza store, Shenzhen last month. Two million iPhone 5s were  sold in China on the model’s launch day last weekend. When did you last see a scene like this outside your local Currys/PCWorld? Or anywhere other than an Apple store? This, more than anything, shows why Apple is so successful. It isn’t just the products, good as they are, it is this bright, enthusiastic staff and the efficient retail network that brings the customers back for more.
