My growing family of cameras has a new baby. Actually, it is nearly 10 years old but it is quite beautiful in its shiny black paint with the brass showing through at various wear points. Yes, it’s an MP, the apogee of the all-mechanical film camera. As such, it is the Leica to own if you are into film. No wimpy aperture priority for the MP owner. It is basically a sixty-year-old M3 with TTL light metering and a coat of new paint. More on this beauty when I’ve clicked the shutter a few times and developed the first rolls. Are we all going back to film? It seems so.
