The Logitech Ultrathin iPad mini keyboard is now a firm fixture in my road-warrior arsenal. Often I buy gadgets and get tired of them in double-quick time. However, after reviewing the Ultrathin last month I have cemented my bond with the device. It is just so convenient and I am managing to type accurately. The most impressive aspect is the connectivity. This has to be the least fussy Bluetooth device I have ever owned. It’s a good idea to switch it off when packing it away (that clear on/off, blue/red slider switch is perfect and totally unambiguous) but as soon as it is switched on again the blue search light appears above the keyboard and and we’re in business. Connection is so rapid that the keyboard can be used to enter the iPad’s password within seconds. I continue to use it with the iPad propped on the Smart Cover and I have no desire to use the Ultrathin as a cover replacement. This is likely to be a keeper.
