iPhone 5S: New prices in UK

At last we have the correct prices of the new phones, despite Apple’s deliberate obfuscation of quoting contract prices. Here in the UK the new 5S will cost from £549 for the 16GB to £629 for 32GB and £709 for 64GB. The colourful 5C is £100 cheaper all round ($469, $549, no 64GB model). The new 5S cases are £35 while the holey 5C covers are £25. Within minutes, I suspect, UK carriers will be announcing their contract prices for the new devices.
