Java Script: Macfilos misbehaving in Apple’s iOS8

A number of readers have complained that the Macfilos site is misbehaving in Safari in iOS 8. In particular, buttons such as MENU and LIKE don’t work despite furious prodding. The problem is usually down to Java Script being disabled. If you go to Settings, Safari and then Advanced, you can enable Java Script by toggling the button. This should solve any difficulties.

  1. I’ve also noticed that subscribing to comments via email does not work on Android using Opera browser (I have not tried others).

    • I also haven’t tried Opera. Comments weren’t working on my iPhone but are back in business following the switching on of Java.
