Macfilos outage yesterday morning

Our apologies to readers who were unable to view Macfilos yesterday morning up to around noon. This was caused by a major outage at our web hosts, Squarespace in New York. According to reports, over one million sites around the world were out of action. This is the second hiccup at Squarespace in a month–some weeks ago there was a flood at one of their NYC data centres. So far we have been unable to determine the cause of the latest outage. Several readers emailed to check on the situation and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
