According to LeicaRumors we are about to get two firmware updates this week.

Firmware version 2.0 for the Leica Q is expected to introduce a new RAW-only option (Hallelujah! At last), extended low-shutter speed to 120s, user profile accessible from the FN button, variable-size single point AF metering area, level gauge remains visible when shutter button is pressed and an extended EVF mode. This new facility allows users to switch to the monitor image for menu control and image review by pressing the Menu or Play button.

The Leica SL is also due for some TLC with firmware version 2.1. The main improvements are said to be to tethered shooting and improved AF-C focusing. As usual both these firmware updates will include several bug fixes.
