Rock n Roll Straps is celebrating Leicaโs 100th birthday with a limited edition of Century leather straps in three colour-ways and two configurations. The three different versions are each 100mm long, but are also available in an adjustable configuration of 107-120mm.
Black
The Century Black is a simple, traditional leather strap comprising two layers of full-grain Italian leather. It is distinguished by a red dot at either end and, in common with all other straps in the Century range, is equipped with the traditional split-ring. This is compatible with all Leica cameras, old and new, except for the SL range.
Red Lines
The Century Red Lines strap includes painted red leather edging and also features the red dot decoration.
Black and Red
Finally, the Century Black and Red strap has a red leather backing panel, with the red dot at both ends.
Adjustable versions
The three fixed-length straps are all 100mm long. However, adjustable versions of all three straps are available for users who want more flexibility.
Cost and availability
All versions of the Century strap cost โฌ120 (approximately ยฃ100 | $130) plus VAT in European countries and the United Kingdom. They are available for a limited period. The adjustable straps are now ready for shipping but the three fixed-length straps are on back-order. Full order details are on the Rock n Roll website (below).
