WHAT'S IN A NAME? Many suggestions have been made for a name of the new iPhone to be launched later today. MacOldie favours "iPhone Pro" rather than the suggested iPhone Video or iPhone 3GS. It sounds right, it follows the MacBook naming convention and it will appeal to the business user. The entry level phone, probably essentially the existing model with 4 or 8GB, can remain as the iPhone. Eventually, however, this is likely to be replaced by a smaller, cheaper iPhone–the Nano?
