Android return rates 30-40%, Apple less than 2%

For us nerds, Android makes a lot of sense. Itโ€™s ostensibly open platform (butย not really) that offers far more flexibility to the programmer, carrier, and, ideally, the user.ย For the โ€œaverageโ€ phone user, however, Android is a maze. Anecdotally, Iโ€™ve heard of multiple examples of folks who bought an Android phone in order to โ€œThink Differentโ€ and came away disappointed when faced with the glaring differences between Android and a friendโ€™s iPhone or Blackberry.
