One of the best ways of getting to know more about your Mac, your iPhone or your new iPad is to join a MUG or Mac User Group. I have been a member of the London Mac User Group (LMUG) ever since I had my conversion from PC-dom and I’ve learned a lot over the years. In fact, it was attending the monthly meetings that sparked the idea for this site three years ago.
The members are a good mix of old hands, geeks, tyros and ordinary Mac users: All sorts, in fact. Our London group meets in the basement of a nice pub, The Wood, at 21 Balcombe Street, Marylebone, NW1 6HE. It’s near Marylebone station and only a few yards from the Marylebone Road. The September meet is next Monday, September 12, at 7 pm. Come along if you would like to see what’s going on. You will be made very welcome.
