Amazon emails: Save 50% on unusual uses for olive oil

Anyone with an Amazon account (that’s anyone, period) has to get used to loads of emails¹ selling everything from kitchen sinks to Canon cameras. Usually it’s fairly tailored to previous searches you’ve made, therefore something you are interested in. But this morning’s “Save 50% on Unusual Uses for Olive Oil.” got me wondering. Do they really know my mind or is it just spam?

¹ I am sure you can switch off these mails if you want to, but generally they do seem to be useful
