Tablets responsible for the rebirth of reading, says The Economist

The Economist Group’s CEO, Andrew Rashbass has said that the old publishing models of web and print are “irredeemably broken”. Publishers need urgently to re-examine everything that constitutes a media business: We are living in the age of “Lean Back 2.0” when the use of tablets and e-readers is growing at the expense of print and web use. Tablet owners are once again able to read at leisure.
