How Google calendar can improve on iCal

I haven’t tried Google calendar. I’m happy with BusyCal, which looks very much like iCal but offers many additional features. Yet this post on 40Tech raises a number of interesting issues. The author is a student and uses his calendar to keep track of homework, papers, tests and scheduled activities. At first sight it’s a very busy schedule compared with my rather modest daily activities. Probably because of the sheer number of entries, he found iCal lacking and has moved over to Google Calendar.
