Amazon’s new Kindle advertising makes the obvious point that you can buy three Kindles, of various flavours, for the cost of an iPad. What it doesn’t mention is that you can sell that iPad after a year and still buy three Kindles with the proceeds. Buy three Kindles and what do you have after a year? Probably just enough to buy the lowliest Kindle, not even a Fire. It just goes to prove that all that glitters is not gold.
Anyway, who makes a buying decision on the basis of an ad like this? And who wants three Kindles instead of an iPad anyway? If you want an iPad you want an iPad. End of story.
