Upgrading to iOS 5.1 is a painless affair

I just updated to iOS 5.1 on my iPad and iPhone and it was a painless affair, taking about 20 minutes per device. This again reminds me of the freedom from iTunes which came with iOS 5.0. Although I still occasionally sync with iTunes, I am not sure why or whether I need bother. Everything with iCloud just seems to work so well. Long may it continue.
