George James: Stunning London photography

Yesterday on an excursion to one of my favourite Leica dealers, Red Dot Cameras in Old Street, I met George James who, like me, was lusting after an M Monochrom. We had a brief chat and I subsequently tracked down his web site. What stunning photography. He is a master of composition and a virtuoso with light. If you haven’t browsed his galleries already, I thoroughly recommend a visit. His London series, both in colour and monochrome, is particularly outstanding, as is his Venice gallery.
