As part of London Craft Week, Leica and Rolls Royce are presenting a series of pictures taken by portrait photographer Cat Garcia. Her subjects were the craftsmen and craftswomen working on the new Rolls Royce Cullinan at the Goodwood factory. Rolls Royce describe the Cullinan as “the most anticipated car in the world.” The images, captured by Cat on a Leica SL, will be displayed at the Rolls Royce showrooms in Berkeley Square, London, just around the corner from Leica’s UK headquarters, next Tuesday and Wednesday, May 8 and 9.
Cat Garcia works across portrait, editorial and advertising photography, capturing people and places with “a lightness of touch and sense of storytelling. Her work celebrates individuality and the simple, authentic beauty of her subjects.”

Nice image but I cannot tell what the purpose of the image is. In other words what is the girl doing.
I also wondered about this. It was Leica’s press release but I’m not sure about one or two of the pictures.
What can one say? Think that you should add the word MAGICAL in front of Craft people.
