With this new dual-pricing policy for the iPad, anyone wanting a built-in 3G capability will have to fork out an extra $130. Owners of MiFi routers can reasonably opt to go for the wifi-only model and save a bit of cash. There's a further advantage: The MiFi can supply a MacBook or an iPhone with the same 3G feed.
