iPad Reader: MacWorld’s full review of iPad as a book reader

There is currently something of a war going on between fans of e-ink-screen book readers, such as the Kindle and the Sony PRS, and those who favour a backlit screen. Probably the camps will never agree, only maybe begging to differ. So it is interesting to read a full account of the iPad as a book reader from Lex Friedman on MacWorld.com.  Now, Lex is by no means blindly in favour of Apple products; he has an Amazon Kindle and has been comparing notes now he has had a full month to play with the iPad. He also has some interesting things to say about the differences between Apple's iBooks and Amazon's Kindle apps, not wholly in favour of the Apple system it has to be said.
