Quitting telephone calls

I’m with Robin Wauters on this one. Every year I make fewer and fewer phone calls and I’m more efficient as a result. Increasingly, I communicate via email and message services. You ask a question, you get a reply and you move on. While, like Robin, I’m not going to give up on calls entirely, I intend to keep them to a minimum. I see my iPhone as a small computer or a smaller iPad and not as a phone. Making voice calls is one of its least-useful features.
