Since I turned from PCs to Apple products I have continued to be impressed by the level of support and service the company gives to its customers. But finding all the details of your registered products and any service history has always required lots of browsing and searching. No longer, though. The unified Apple Support website makes everything very simple. I checked my page and found all the products I still own, including my original Mac Mini from 2005, showing with a full service history. Those products (including a number of MacBook Pros) that I sold on via eBay have been removed because AppleCare was transferred to the new owners.
The new site is a superb reference point for all your products and can be used to check warranty, AppleCare and the history of any repairs. Apple support has just got a whole lot better.
