Unfortunately, I already own an SL2 so cannot participate in this opportunity. However, if I did buy, it would be the spectacular 24-90 and the sensational 35. I own the 35 and used to own the 24-90 before I sold my SL and 24-90 3 years ago due to no glass options.
In the US there are two SL2 bundles now, one with the 24-90mm ($695 savings) and one with the 50mm f1.4 ($1,095 savings).
The US deals are invariably better than in Europe IMHO. And when you realise American savings do not include tax. The discrepancy is even greater.
And previously we didn’t pay any sales tax either when ordering online… That has changed and we did get hit with a flat 10% price increase because of the tariffs… With this deal you pay essentially the full amount for the SL2 body and you get a 12% resp. 18% discount on the lens. OK I feel but not great as both lenses are already 5 years old.
