iPad 2: Simple, elegant prop stand for only $150

I love gadgets that are simple and do the job effectively. And, I must say, I have a weakness for the finer things in life. So would I spend $150 on the Joule Chroma stand? Maybe. But there’s little doubt that this is a wonderful piece of kit to hold the iPad at a convenient angle for media consumption. Machined from aircraft-grade aluminium, the Joule Chroma comes in six anodised colours and features a magnetically attached foot to hold the device at various angles. There’s even an enhanced speaker port to amplify sound. I’ve added it to my Want, Want, Want list in OmniFocus.
